I Spy With My Little Eye

How do you keep an almost two year old entertained for five hours on an airplane? I thought I'd make a little "I Spy" bag. I've seen the fancy type you can get on Etsy but I decided to make one in the simplest form possible. I bought a bit of clear vinyl at the fabric store for 75 cents, cut out two squares and stitched together three sides; then filled it with rice on hand and whatever little odds and ends I could find (a plastic pig, screws, hair clips, stickers, buttons, etc.). I sewed the last side together and cut around the outside with pinking shears. Nothing fancy. Hopefully it will provide some entertainment.

We have a couple of different versions, all given to us by my mom, all made at some type of enrichment. They entertain all my kids, from the 6 year old to the 1 year old.

You have to let us know how this works out! I was always so curious to see how long this would entertain a toddler.
