Ok, I found another use for leftover fabric: create wall art. How About Orange cut a fun pattern out of self-adhesive paper, filled the openings with vintage-y fabrics and framed them in her home. They are really pretty. I bet you could cut out any colorful thick paper or matte you could find. And how about cutting out apples or fruit and hanging the framed paper in your kitchen? Or even better, cut an animal shape out and fill in with a vintage inspired children's print and hang it in a child's space. This is so cute and seems pretty simple to do. You can copy the design from How About Orange or get as creative as you want. The wheels are turning in my head...
Wait! There's more. I found a couple other examples of framed fabrics at How About Orange that I wanted to share. I just love fabric and could frame it all over my house.

I just saw some really cute fabric in the store and was wondering what I could do with it! It would be perfect for this project, maybe another crafty party project.....
oh that would be a good craft party project!!! i would love to do something like that!!!
Colleen, I am so impressed with all that you are doing. You've inspired me to open up my scrap fabrics box and see what I can do with them. I'll have to check back often for more craft ideas. Thanks!
